New Discipleship Series

Faith in Jesus always lead us to follow him into serving others. Jesus called the disciples to pick up their cross and follow Him. The world is filled with hurting people and challenges that call for us to get involved and to use the gifts God gave us to serve. OSWLC wants to make a difference and to bring God’s hope and healing into the brokenness of our world today. This is why we are offer a discipleship series on Sunday mornings to equip new members of our church and anyone else, who desires to spiritual grow, to follow Jesus.

Our Discipleship Series begins with a class called “First Connect.” First Connect will help you understand the vision God has given to our OSWLC to serve each other, to serve our community and to serve the world around us. First Connect is offered four times a year and is led by Pastor Tyson Labuhn.

First Connect is always followed by "Faith Connect", a six week class taught by Pastor Peterson on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM. Faith Connect is designed to help you understand God’s personal love for you and how you are called by God to share His love.

Following Faith Connect is “Discover Your Discipleship Path.” Discover Your Discipleship Path will help you identify how God has uniquely gifted you to serve Him. This is a six week class taught by Pastor Justin Kumfer.

Immediately following Discover Your Discipleship Path is “Following Jesus on His Mission.” Following Jesus on His Mission is a six week discussion group taught by Rev. Mike Delancy, which will help you be a disciple wherever you are.
