Master Singer's Concert

Rarely does the Master Singers of Virginia perform just one work at a concert. However, they make an exception for the Rachmaninoff All-Night Vigil, also known as the Vespers. This is undoubtedly the greatest a cappella piece of choral music ever written, and is a monument to the achievements of one of the greatest composers of the 20th century. This 15-movement work will be sung in Russian, and an English translation will be projected onto a screen alongside the choir, much like what you find at the opera. This is a performance that you must be sure not to miss.

The concert is being hosted by Our Savior’s Way Lutheran Church, 43115 Waxpool Road, Ashburn, VA.
